Easy afternoon games at La Siesta golf Course
The winners celebrate after the game.
Organised in the bar at the resort, Les is a keen golfer and always happy to get a game going.
For summer 2011, he’s running a weekly game at La Siesta, a relaxing 9 hole course, just down the road from the resort.
The afternoon includes 18 holes (two rounds), followed by lunch at the bar and the winners’ ceremony (if “ceremony” isn’t too grand a word).

Miraflores Golf Club
A few minutes drive from the resort, Miraflores is a challenging, 18 hole course, par 71. It was designed in 1995 by Falco Nardi.
Cabopino Golf Course
A 5,170 meter, par 71 course designed by Juan Ligues. Most noted for hole 3, a par 4 raised tee with the green surrounded by bunkers.
La Cala Golf Club
Three outstanding, 18 hole courses designed by Cabell Robinson. Certainly one of the most spectacular clubs on the Costa del Sol.
Calanova Golf Club
Calanova is a par 72, 5,773 meter course designed by Manuel Pinero nestling in the Mijas Golf Valley, just minutes from the resort.
