Flamenco at Bar La Orquidea.
Last year, Bar La Orquidea organised one of the best night of entertainment we’re seen – and with some luck, it’s coming back!
The Flamenco Night was a smash hit, with guests and locals, alike. The swirling blaze of colour from the three dancers and two Spanish guitar players was genuine Andalucian class.
The band performed a stunning, two hour set, outside on the terrace so all could get a great view. There was also the most amazing Paella – kindly contributed by Mr. R. – the biggest you’ve ever seen. A huge, 36″ cooking pan of the freshest chicken and Mediterranean sea-foods.
So, the plan now, is to book the group for Summer 2011.
