This apartment is a 3rd floor deluxe, 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse which has stunning views over the Mediterranean and down to Gibraltar. The Rock can quite clearly be seen on a clear day as can the African coastline.
The apartment is furnished to a much higher standard than our standard 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom Apartments with extras such as ceiling fans, hi-fi system, DVD player, larger TV, dishwasher, superior sun-loungers and awnings over the patio area.
The apartment will sleep a maximum of 6 people with the help of the lounge sofa which converts into a double bed.

The master bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a separate bathroom, not en suite.
Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. In the master bedroom wardrobe is a safe for our guests use, subject to the payment of a small rental charge.
The kitchen equipment includes a washing machine, dish washer, microwave, juicer and for those of you who want to spoil your holiday there is an ironing board and iron!
With two sun loungers, a dining table and four chairs, a private south facing balcony runs the length of the apartment, which is excellent for sunbathing, or just sitting and watching the world go by.
English TV channels include BBC1, BBC2, ITV and Channel 4 and digital TV provides programmes in Spanish with some English.

“We have just booked to return to La Orquidea apartments for the second time. We found the apartment to be very clean and tidy, well equipped and in a lovely quiet setting, although not that far from shops and restaurants. There were beautiful gardens; we loved the clean swimming pools, and our children had great fun with the water slide. The staff were friendly and Flavio in the reception was very knowledgeable and helpful, advising us about local attractions, and gave us some excellent restaurants to visit. We would definately recommend this lovely area of Spain, with lots to do and see, and these apartments to friends.”
