This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is situated on the ground floor. It has recently been refurbished. The apartment is directly in front of the main Swimming Pools which can be accessed directly from the apartment’s terrace area.
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
The master bedroom includes a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom plus a safe which can be rented if required. The second bedroom contains two single beds and a fitted wardrobe. The second bathroom containing bath/shower, toilet and washbasin is not en suite.
The lounge/dining room has 2 sofas, one of which converts into a double bed.

With two sun loungers, dining table and four chairs, your south facing terrace is ideal for sunbathing or eating and drinking ‘al fresco’.
The well equipped kitchen includes hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also a good selection of cooking utensils as well as crockery for 6 people.
English TV channels include BBC1, BBC2, ITV and Channel 4 and digital TV provides programmes in Spanish with some English.
