This newly refurbished apartment is situated on the ground floor of a three storey apartment block. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge which allows maximum accommodation of 6 people.

The apartment is south facing with its own private terrace and garden. Views down to the Mediterranean Sea from the terrace are stunning.

The apartment has a master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and a safe, which can be rented if required. It also has an en suite bathroom with bath/shower, bidet toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom contains two single beds, fitted wardrobes and dressing table.

The second bathroom, which is not en suite also houses a bath/shower, toilet and washbasin.

The combined lounge/dining room adjoins a well equipped kitchen which contains a ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also a good selection of cooking utensils as well as crockery for 6 people.

Satellite TV provides programmes in English, Spanish and German.
