The apartment is surrounded by the Resort’s well manicured private Gardens and is approximately 40 metres from one of the Resort’s 4 Swimming Pools.

The apartment is newly renovated and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The bedroom contains a double bed whilst the lounge sofa converts into a second double bed.

The good sized bathroom contains a bath/shower, toilet and sink.

The large lounge combines a dining area for indoor eating.

There is also a table and chairs on the patio for eating ‘al fresco’.

The apartment’s kitchen is fitted with a ceramic hob, oven, washing machine as well as cooking utensils and crockery for 4. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

Satellite TV provides programmes in English, Spanish and German.

The internal floor area of the apartment is 45 sq. metres whilst the covered patio measures 25 sq. metres.
