This one bedroom first floor apartment has two large private balconies which provide splendid views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Resort Gardens as well as excellent sunbathing and ‘al fresco’ eating facilities.

The apartment is newly renovated and can accommodate up to 4 people. The bedroom contains a double bed whilst the lounge sofa converts into a second double bed. The fitted bedroom wardrobe also contains a safe.

The lounge/kitchen area of the apartment contains a breakfast bar for indoor eating.

The kitchen is fitted with a ceramic hob, oven, washing machine and enough cooking utensils to remind you of home. An iron and ironing board is also provided for those who don’t want to take all that dirty washing home.

The bathroom contains a bath/shower, toilet and sink.

Satellite TV provides programmes in English, Spanish and German.

The apartment has an internal floor area of 40 sq. metres whilst the balconies floor area is 30 sq. metres.

The apartment overlooks the Resort’s private Gardens and is only 40 metres from one of the Resort’s 4 pools.
