This apartment has recently refurbished in the Provencal style. It has 1 bedroom which looks out over the Resort’s well tended Gardens and across to the Mediterranean Sea.

The large lounge/dining room has similar views whilst a covered patio area outside both these rooms is a wonderful area to sunbathe, eat, drink or just while away a few hours whilst admiring the panorama and enjoying the tranquility of the area.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people with the bedroom’s double bed providing sleeping for 2, whilst the lounge sofa bed provides sleeping facilities for another 2. The bedroom contains a large fitted wardrobe and safe.

The bathroom contains a bath/shower plus washbasin and toilet.

Adjoining the dining area, the kitchen provides a ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer and plenty of utensils for cooking, together with crockery for 4 people.

A small utility room houses the apartment’s washing machine, iron and ironing board.

A safe is available for rent and is contained in the bedroom’s large fitted wardrobe.

Satellite TV provides programmes in English, Spanish and German.
