Are your apartments equipped with safety deposit boxes?

All our apartments are equipped with safes and your valuables can be stored for a small cost. Please contact reception for details.

Do you have satellite TV?

Yes, we receive various channels in English, German & Spanish.

Does the resort have a restaurant/bar onsite?

Yes, we have a bar/restaurant, which is open daily from 10:00am to 12:30am. In the off-peak season (November – January), the bar/restaurant is open evenings only.

How often do I get maid service?

There is a free change of towels mid week. However if you require extra linen or a mid week clean, this should be arranged through reception and requires an additional charge.

Do you have long lets?

Yes, these are particularly popular during the winter period when we can offer exceptionally good rates. Please contact reservations to discuss your requirements.

How many swimming pools do you have onsite?

We have three outdoor swimming pools onsite as well as a small shallow pool. There is also a water slide.

Is there a playground for young children?

Not on site, but there is a public childrens playground within 10 minutes walk.

Are pets allowed onsite?

For hygienic purposes and to keep the apartments odour-free, pets are not allowed in the apartments or on the resort gardens.
