At some resorts I have visited there are all sorts of additional charges for electricity, water and even use of the swimming pool. Do any of these charges apply at Orquidea?

No. Electricity, water and a towel change mid week are all included in the rental price. If you are staying for longer than a week, your bed linen will be changed and your apartment cleaned at the end of each week free of charge. You can order extra cleaning if required; the cost of which is shown in the information pack you will be given on arrival at the resort.

Are there any deposits/extra charges upon arrival?

There is a £100 refundable deposit required upon arrival. This is to cover any breakages or damage during your stay. In the event that there are no such charges, your deposit will be refunded before you leave the resort. Any additional requirements such as food packs, cots, extra cleaning etc must be paid for before departure.

Can I exchange foreign currency at reception?

We do not provide this service onsite but there are exchange offices/banks nearby.
